Fastener Thread Rolling Set-Up Operator

• Set up, operate, and sustain thread rolling equipment to produce dimensionally accurate fasteners
• Verify thread form and size against specifications; document inspections with precision tools
• Keep machines within tolerance through timely adjustments and minor maintenance
• Translate technical drawings into reliable set-ups and consistent results
• Meet output targets while protecting quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with production and quality to troubleshoot and improve processes
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all procedures

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of hands-on thread rolling machine experience (required)
• Solid understanding of fastener manufacturing, basic troubleshooting, and machine care (required)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings (required)

• Equipment Troubleshooting
• Precision Measurement & Inspection
• Blueprint Reading

• Pay: $30.00–$40.00/hour, commensurate with experience
• Employment Type: Full-time, on-site in Rockford, IL
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday; potential overtime on Fridays
• Shifts: 1st (7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) or 2nd (5:00 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.)
