Hughes Physical Therapy is a locally, and Physical Therapist owned independent organization that has been serving the community for over 36 years. Our expert Physical Therapists provide one on one care to help patients recover from injuries, manage pain, improve movement and function, and increase strength. We specialize in orthopedics, vestibular rehab, sports rehab, pain management, soft tissue and most importantly, high-quality patient care. You will work closely with a team of motivated and experienced Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides, treating patients with post-operative and non-operative conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately and appropriately document all aspects of care including clinical services, billing and correspondence with the healthcare team.
- Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
- Provide quality therapy services to patients in a one-on-one outpatient office setting using clinical reasoning and evidence-based practices.
- Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.
- Adapt to changes in responsibilities in a positive manner, be receptive to feedback and flexible in carrying out assignments. Contribute to a positive and fun, family-like work environment.
- Attend and participate in scheduled educational courses, meetings and team building events.
- Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Physical Therapy Assistant degree from a CAPTE accredited institution.
- Unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant licensure to practice in State of Washington.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
