We are a busy, growing independent automotive repair facility servicing more than 700 vehicles per month. We’re looking for a Service Advisor who can build trust with customers, guide them through repair decisions, and help create an exceptional experience every day.

This role combines customer service, sales, operations, and teamwork. The right person understands that great service and strong communication naturally lead to strong results. We don’t believe in high-pressure selling—we believe in educating customers, earning trust, and helping people make informed decisions about their vehicles.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Welcome customers and create a professional, positive first impression
• Listen carefully to concerns and build lasting customer relationships
• Prepare estimates and recommend maintenance and repair services
• Manage repair orders and workflow using Tekmetric
• Coordinate with technicians to keep work moving efficiently
• Provide updates and maintain communication throughout the repair process
• Deliver an experience that earns repeat business and referrals

WHAT YOU BRING

• Sales confidence and the ability to guide customers through decisions
• Automotive Service Advisor experience REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience with Tekmetric is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
