Hughes Home is accepting applications for a PCA at our assisted living facility in Fredericksburg, VA. *Entry Level Position: No experience required, but having PCA or CNA license will increase starting pay*
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting Residents in their daily living routines. Duties are performed under the indirect supervision of the Manager, with established procedures and guidelines.
- Ability to regularly walk, stand, bend, reach, stoop or sit for extended periods.
- Reliable and dependable with attendance and punctuality.
- Possesses good character and displays high degree of personal integrity. Displays sincere compassion towards cognitively impaired older adults.
