Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will oversee the construction projects to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
General Duties: Project Management, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to help maintain project timelines, control costs, and deliver high-quality results.
Task and Responsibilities:
· Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans that outline timelines, resources, and budget allocations for each phase of the construction project.
· Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, making financial decisions that align with project objectives and constraints.
· Scheduling: Prepare and manage schedules to coordinate activities among team members and suppliers, ensuring project efficiency.
Quality Control: Supervise construction procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
· Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients, construction teams, and executives to update them on project progress and challenges.
· Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues that arise during the construction process, such as delays or supply chain problems.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all construction activities adhere to legal regulations and safety standards to prevent accidents.
Education and Experience:
High School/ Equiv and 4 years in the construction industry and supervisory experience
Have the ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
Must have a valid drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
