Litigation Attorney – Walnut Creek
Hughes Gill Cochrane Tinetti, P.C., a growing nine-attorney law firm in Walnut Creek, seeks an experienced litigation attorney to join our practice representing homeowner associations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Our litigation practice includes the prosecution of construction defect claims, the defense of association directors and officers against fiduciary duty claims, general real estate litigation, third-party contract disputes, and the prosecution of actions to enforce association governing documents.
We are looking for self-motivated attorneys interested in building long-term careers with our firm.
Qualifications include:
• Minimum five years of litigation experience
• Deposition and law and motion experience required
• Trial or arbitration experience preferred
• Strong writing and persuasive advocacy skills
