Job overview
Hughes General Contractors is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and work within our concrete crews. As a Concrete Foreman, you'll oversee crew members on various projects, ensuring quality of work, and timing completion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a crew of 10 members
- Ensure compliance with current ADA standards and regulations
- Read and understand project plan blueprints and elevations
- Work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Prioritize and multi-task to meet company goals and deadlines
- Interact and motivate crew members to achieve project objectives
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience working with concrete
- 3 years of experience working with architectural walls/ Tilt panels
- 2 years of experience working with footings and foundations
- Strong understanding of construction practices specializing in concrete
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak English and Spanish (bi-lingual) is a plus
