What are the responsibilities and job description for the RESIDENT SERVICE COORDINATOR position at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital?

This individual must have the operational knowledge to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents, visitors and the facility on any shift. In support to the office manager this person should demonstrate above average administrative skills, time management, initiative, and decision making. Under general supervision with moderate latitude for making judgments, is responsible for resident security and providing general information and assistance.
Education and Formal Training: Preferred High school diploma and or skills to perform this job
Work Experience: Prefer some experience in working with the older population
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Ability to work with others, willingness to learn and a positive attitude
