  • What You’ll Do:

As a Registered Nurse, you will use the nursing process to assess patient needs, plan and implement individualized care, and evaluate outcomes to ensure safe, effective treatment. You will partner with patients and families, building therapeutic relationships across the continuum of care.

You will anticipate changes in patient condition, respond proactively, and adjust care plans as needed—collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

You will implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety, reduce risk, and improve outcomes. This includes assessing patient and family readiness to learn and tailoring education to meet their unique needs.

You will actively coordinate discharge planning, contribute to quality and process improvement initiatives, and incorporate nursing and regulatory standards into daily practice.

As part of the care team, you will demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and delegation skills, taking on leadership responsibilities while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

You will identify and respond to potential safety risks, report events appropriately, and support corrective actions to prevent harm.

You will uphold ethical standards, promote respect across disciplines, and contribute to an inclusive, patient-centered care environment.

You will also support professional development—both your own and others—by participating in education, mentorship, and required competencies.
