WAREHOUSE PRODUCTS PROJECT MANAGER
HuggHall Equipment Company is looking for someone with solid Warehouse Products knowledge, ability to foster sales growth and amazing customer service skills to join our team as a Warehouse Products Project Manager. ABOUT THE POSITION
Warehouse Products Project Managers function as part of the Parts and Service Sales Team and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse products installation and maintenance projects within a given territory.
In this role you will:
- Support Sales by assisting with sales personnel on promotion and selling the product line/services to include training for information needed in developing quotes
- Plan and Coordinate Projects through determining project needs, timelines, resources and meeting with customer representatives/contractors to ensure appropriate specs, ordering product, and advising team on installation objectives
- Manage customers by providing quotes and maintaining communication throughout the project as well assisting with resolution of concerns or warranty matters

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of sales and account management and/or customer service experience
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Outstanding customer relations skills
- Accurate and efficient
- High School diploma or equivalent/ College degree preferred
SKILLS THAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS MAY INCLUDE:
- Strong Knowledge of dock and/or door systems, including installation, maintenance and repair processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform in fast paced environment while multi-tasking to meet customer needs
RELATED EXPERIENCE MAY INCLUDE: Territory Sales, DockDoor Installations, Project Coordination, Warehouse Products Repairs
This position is deemed a Safety Sensitive job for purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act and the Louisiana Therapeutic Marijuana Act.
