Associate Sales Coordinator
Hugg and Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with clerical experience who is highly organized and possesses strong communication skills to join our team as an Associate Sales Coordinator. We are a full-service equipment company specializing in industrial and construction equipment since 1956.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Associate Sales Coordinator functions as a part of the Sales Team and is responsible for managing the administrative, logistical, and post-sale coordination of equipment orders from start to finish.
In this role, you will:
- Manage equipment shipping, inventory movement, and end-of-lease returns while ensuring accurate documentation, records, inspections, and warranty registrations.
- Support the sales process by maintaining customer and order information, communicating status updates, coordinating across departments, and resolving delays or documentation issues.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of clerical experience
- Prior experience with material handling or heavy equipment is a plus
- Prior logistics/transportation scheduling experience preferred
- High level of organization and time management skills to manage complex, fast-paced sales cycles
- Advanced officecomputer skills, with the ability to multitask across phone, computer systems, and vendor coordination
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
- This position spends most of the time in an indoor office environment with a controlled climate and occasionally will work in a warehouse environment with exposure to heat and cold.
- This position requires sitting at a computer desk for long periods of time with constant use of a computer keyboard while reading the computer screen.
