About The Position
The PM Field Service Tech functions as part of the Service Team and is responsible for the preventative care of various types of customer and company-owned equipment. This position is based in an assigned territory.
In This Role, You Will
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on a variety of equipment at various customer locations to maintain performance standards.
- Effectively communicate with all involved parties, including Salespeople, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers about possible downtime and job progress updates.
- Operate in a safe, efficient manner with minimal supervision, to decrease equipment downtime, while also maintaining safe working standards both on-site and during the operation of company vehicles.

- minimum 6 months - 1 year mechanical training/education, and/or experience in related field
- possessing or ability to obtain a complete line of tools, including specialized tools needed to complete job at customer site
- minimum 21 years of age
- clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- above average communication skills
- ability to read or be trained in reading schematics
- ability to accomplish duties with accuracy and timeliness
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
