Heavy Field Service Technicians function as part of the Service Team and are responsible for the repair of heavy-classed industrial, construction, and material handling equipment.

About The Position
Heavy Field Service Technicians function as part of the Service Team and are responsible for the repair of heavy-classed industrial, construction, and material handling equipment.
In This Role, You Will
- Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot, perform in field diagnostic inspections, and repair a wide range of heavy construction equipment and components
- Continuously communicate in a courteous and effective manner with customers and co-workers including Salespeople, Coordinators, and Managers regarding job progress and general updates
- Maintain a safe working environment and observe all safety laws, policies and rules, both on-site and during the operation of DOT rated company vehicles
- Compensation Quarterly Performance Bonuses = VERY competitive pay
- Overtime after 8 hours per day

- Minimum 3 years of mechanical training/education, and/or experience in a related field
- Possessing or the ability to obtain a complete line of tools, including specialized tools needed to complete jobs at customer locations
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Clean driving record
- Ability to obtain DOT medical certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
