Hugee Corporation is seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Specialist to support the financial operations of Hugee Corporation by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism across accounting functions. This role requires strong attention to detail, experience with accounting systems, and a customer-focused mindset.
This role is vital in managing client accounts, supporting sales initiatives, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Quickbooks, and the ability to handle data entry with accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry & invoicing to maintain accounting records
- Manage job costing and track project-related expenses
- Process and maintain certified payroll in compliance with applicable regulations
- Handle collections and professionally follow up on outstanding accounts
- Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting and reporting activities
- Perform accurate invoicing and maintain customer records
- Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external partners
- Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain Hugee Corporation's high standard of service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of accounting or accounts-related experience
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Experience with job costing and certified payroll
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast pace environment
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus (especially in Spanish)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Experience with outbound calling
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new systems and procedures

Pay: $40, $56,000.00 per year
