Full-Time Maintenance Technician (40 hrs per week) needed to provide maintenance for an apartment complex in Oak Ridge, TN.

Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm daily.

  • 2 years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred.
  • $19.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE
  • $35 per paycheck fuel reimbursement/$15 per paycheck cellphone reimbursement provided.
  • Must provide own tools, possess valid D.L., and have reliable transportation.
  • Must be available for emergency calls 24/7.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
