Property management company seeks full-time property manager (40 hrs/wk) to manage a low income apartment complex in Pineville, LA.
The property manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the assigned residential housing complex (or complexes), including but not limited to, property accounting, leasing, marketing, and maintenance functions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have valid DL and transportation to drive between complexes as needed and to run errands.
- Previous residential property management experience at a rural development or tax credit property preferred.
- $17.00 per hour
- Position is eligible for health, dental, vision, and life insurance after 60 days of employment.
- Paid time off and paid holidays also provided.
- Criminal, credit, and reference checks will be run prior to starting employment.
- Unfortunately, we do not have any housing to offer with this position.
