What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at HUFF MANAGEMENT CO INC?
Full-Time Maintenance Technician (40 hrs per week) needed for two apartment complexes - one located in Farmerville and one located in Marion. The tech would work 20 hrs per week at each location.
2 years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred.
$17-$18 per hour DOE. Position is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays. Uniform shirts provided.
$200 monthly fuel/phone stipends.
Must provide own tools, possess valid D.L., and have reliable transportation.
Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check.
Rent free unit offered with position. Utilities included. Security deposit required.
