Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Weekend Rotation: Required (rotating schedule)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring products are processed efficiently and correctly. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and an eye for detail—especially when it comes to presentation and product condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders in a timely manner
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
• Enter and track shipment data using Excel and Microsoft Office
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Ensure products are handled with care and meet visual/aesthetic standards
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move packages as required
• Dependable with strong work ethic and time management skills
• Appreciation for product presentation and aesthetics is a plus
