What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Development Project Coordinator position at HUF?
Summary:
This position will help support the development team by assuring that all projects are managed properly and in a timely manner. It will also require some data management with the input, verification, maintenance of information in our database to ensure data integrity and support business operations, as well as other related duties or tasks as needed.
The role is part-time and temporary (6 months) with pay ranging from $25 to $29 per hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
PLANNER
- Assist with building, maintaining and updating project calendar
- Create necessary team meeting per calendar deadlines
- Help with meetings by preparing samples, reports and presentation need when advised.
DEVELOPMENT:
- Managing daily mail and packaging (shipping/receiving)
- Assist with samples tracking
- Prepare 1st proto salesman samples for design review
- Help sourcing new factories per needs
DATA MANAGEMENT:
- Double check data accuracy and consistency thought internal data platforms
- Build fabric and care info file for internal use international partners
- Assist with input and maintain data in development WIP and Stylemaster to ensure database remain current and organized
OTHERS:
- Assist Director with building company’s factory guideline
- Assist the team with other related duties or tasks as needed.
Skills Required:
- Experience with Excel, Work, Outlook, Adobe Illustrator.
- Must be organized, strong attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team environment.
- Excellent oral and written skills a must
- Excellent problem solver
- Bluecherry experience is a plus!
- Project management tools experience is a plus!
