American Outcomes Management (AOM Infusion) is hiring a Nursing Operations Manager for a full-time position in West Nyack, NY.
The Nursing Operation Manager is responsible for directing and leading the operational, financial, programmatic, and employee-related activities of the NY nursing team. This data-driven operational leader will need a strong grasp of metrics, budgets, KPIs, and operations data sets to oversee nursing teams and care management operations. This role requires a strategic leader with deep knowledge of New York State regulations and experience in home infusion operations. This leader will focus on opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiencies within the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of RN and Clinical care navigators.
- Oversee home health agency operations and nursing department workflows
- Develop and execute operational policies to improve efficiencies and patient care continuity
- Analyze KPIs, budgets, and scheduling metrics to drive data-informed decisions
- Ensure compliance with New York State regulatory requirements and LHCSA guidelines
- Manage AIS scheduling system and optimize nursing schedules for targeted productivity
- Supervise internal nursing staff and a subset of field nurses
- Participate in professional committees and quality assurance programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred); RN license required
- At least three years of management experience in healthcare operations
- Expertise in financial management, P&L oversight, and data analysis (Excel proficiency)
- Strong understanding of AIS scheduling system and healthcare staffing protocols
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced clinical environment
Employment Details
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (schedule determined by supervisor)
- Hybrid role: Initially in-office, then transitioning to 2-3 days per week in West Nyack
