DX Electric is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring all financial transactions are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:
Process vendor accounts and outgoing payments in accordance with financial policies and procedures.
Perform daily invoice input, purchase order (PO) to invoice matching, and reconcile cost discrepancies with the Purchasing Department.
Prepare and process all expense bills and invoices.
Pay all expense and vendor credit card charges.
Facilitate timely payment of invoices by sending bill reminders and contacting clients as needed.
Provide backup support for the Accounts Receivable Clerk during absences (vacation or sick leave).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk (or in a similar Accounts Receivable role).
Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and financial processes.
Demonstrated ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures accurately.
Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
High level of accuracy, organization, and time management.
