Are you a Radiologic Technologist looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced surgical environment? At Huebner ASC, we believe in teamwork, compassion, and clinical excellence. We’re currently seeking a Radiology Technician to join our collaborative surgical care team. Under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, and surgical staff, you'll play a vital role in assisting with diagnosing injuries and disease through radiographic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform radiographic exams and procedures as ordered by physicians

Ensure radiation safety protocols are followed for patients and staff

Operate, maintain, and position x-ray equipment and patients for optimal imaging

Process radiographic images using digital or film methods

Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate documentation

Support the surgical team with patient positioning and room turnover

Cross-train and assist as an Instrument Technician when needed

Foster a safe and therapeutic environment in accordance with center protocols

Participate in quality improvement initiatives for better patient outcomes

Promote and uphold the mission, vision, and values of our organization
Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (required)

ARRT Certification (required)

High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

One year of experience in a surgical setting (preferred)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)

Knowledge of Universal Precautions and Aseptic Technique

Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
Work Environment and Flexibility:
We operate on a team-based staffing model. This means you may be cross-trained and expected to assist in other clinical areas as patient needs and staffing requirements evolve. Flexibility and adaptability are key to success in this role.
