About the Role
We’re hiring motivated, reliable technicians who want to grow with a fast-scaling company and earn based on PERFORMANCE, not hourly. This is hands-on, outdoor work with high customer interaction and real advancement opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Clean exterior & interior windows
- Drive company vehicle to job sites
- Deliver top-tier customer service
- Sell Service Plans & earn commission
- Upsell gutter cleaning, screen cleaning, and get Google reviews to earn more
- Hang Holiday lights in Winter Season
What We Expect

Earning Potential
$18–$45/hr based on performance. Rev Share per job, starting at 25% commission for each job
High performers routinely earn $200–$250/day through:
- Service plan commissions
- Google review bonuses

Schedule
