The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, data management, and system integration, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Essential Duties and Responsibilities : ERP Administration : Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the ERP system.Configure and maintain master data (e.g., customers, vendors, items).Troubleshoot ERP system issues and provide end-user support.Implement and manage workflows and approvals within the ERP.Stay up to date on ERP software updates and releases.Support annual upgrade regression testingDatabase Connectivity : Craft basic SQL quiresUnderstand ODATA feeds and how to utilize themProduct Label Templates : Design, develop, and maintain product label templates.Ensure label compliance with regulatory requirements.EDI Initiatives : Support the implementation and maintenance of EDI solutions.Map and translate data between the ERP system and trading partners.Monitor EDI transactions and resolve errors.Stay informed about EDI standards and best practices.General Responsibilities : Document system configurations and processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.Provide training and support to end-users on relevant systems.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.DisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
