What You’ll Do
As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll oversee and manage all aspects of our kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in every area, including:
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and lead a talented kitchen team. Create schedules that optimize efficiency and ensure proper staffing levels.
- Payroll Control: Monitor and manage payroll to stay within budget while meeting operational needs.
- Food Cost & Ordering: Place orders for supplies, control inventory, and ensure food costs align with budgetary goals.
- Catering Operations: Manage catering orders, production, and on-time delivery, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- High-Volume Operations: Lead the kitchen through a high-demand fourth quarter with organization, creativity, and adaptability.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong skills in hiring, training, and team management.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, food cost control, and ordering processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills, particularly in high-volume environments.
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain high standards during peak periods.

Hudson's Restaurant and Catering is a family owned and operated restaurant. The owners are brothers, JJ and Kevin Altomare graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and have been creating memorable dishes and experiences together for the past 19 years in Northeast Ohio. We currently offer lunch and dinner 6 days per week, as well as brunch on Saturdays. We also have created pop up bars for Halloween, Christmas and St. Patrick's ! Nightmare Before Blitzen's, Blitzen's and O'Blitzen's. We love creating and sharing special menus, drinks and experiences with our guests!
Salary : $19 - $22
