Regional Marketing Liaison – Skilled Nursing Facilities
Located throughout the Tennessee
A company that owns multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout the Tennessee area is currently seeking a strong Regional Marketing Liaison.
Salary : up to $100K
Summary:
The Regional Director of Marketing will act as a liaison for skilled nursing facilities and for assigned hospitals and designated referral sources for families. This person will be responsible for building relationships with hospitals, which generate patient referrals and admissions.
Qualifications:
- Must have regional marketing experience in long term care
- Must have nursing home experience
- Must have relationships with local hospitals and case managers
- Must have practical working knowledge of business development and long-term care
- Ability to negotiate effectively with external agencies and organizations
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to analyze organizational needs and develop appropriate strategic plans
- Strong leadership abilities and ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented structure
- Must be willing to travel
