Regional Director of Rehabilitation - Nursing Home
Located throughout Tennessee
Salary: $90K - $115K; Based on prior experience
A company that owns beautiful, skilled nursing facilities located throughout Tennessee is looking for a strong Regional Director of Rehabilitation.
Responsibilities for the Regional Director of Rehabilitation:
- It will require in depth knowledge of insurance reimbursement criteria which will be applied to our departments while also also ensuring that company policies and standards are being met by each center
- The Regional Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for the overall administration, clinical planning, compliance, and operations of the rehabilitation department.
- Maintains staff of sufficient number to effectively provide quality care for patients
- Provides opportunity for development and professional growth of staff
- Is responsible for remaining current in Rehabilitation trends and new developments
Qualifications for the Director of Rehabilitation:
- Candidates must have prior and current experience as a Regional Rehab Director for multiple SNF’s
- Must have 3-5 years of regional experience
- Candidate must be a licensed therapist (OT/A, PT/A, or SLP)
- Candidate must be willing to travel
- Requires working knowledge of Medicare reimbursement, CMI, and HMO management
- Must have knowledge and understanding of productivity, group and concurrent therapy, and how to manage the levels of care with minutes and reimbursement.
