Experienced Swim Instructor – Part-Time (Lutz, FL)
Are you passionate about teaching others how to swim and have 3 years of experience in swim instruction? Join the team at Hudson Valley Swim, where we've been helping students of all ages and abilities—starting as young as 4 months—learn to swim since 2003.
We’re currently seeking a reliable, dedicated, and experienced Swim Instructor for a year-round part-time position at our facility in Lutz, FL.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years' swim instruction experience teaching all age groups, including infants, toddlers, youth, adults, and individuals with special needs.
- Experience leading small group classes.
- Strong teaching skills, professionalism, punctuality, and excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- WSI certification preferred, but we value hands-on experience most.
- Willingness to participate in hands-on training with our Head Instructor until you’re fully comfortable leading classes independently.
- Must pass a background check.
Schedule & Availability:
- Flexible hours available
- Shifts may include: Evenings (Monday through Friday), Weekends (Mornings)
