Director Marketing Solutions

Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for a Director Marketing Solutions. Primary Function: brings the HVCU brand to life by transforming strategy into compelling stories, campaigns, and experiences that deepen member relationships and strengthen brand equity. Leading the creative, content, program management, and digital optimization functions, this role serves as the bridge between vision and execution, ensuring every touchpoint is purposeful, on-brand, and built to perform. 

As a consultative partner across the cooperative, this role guides stakeholders to move beyond tactical requests toward thoughtfully crafted solutions that advance business priorities and elevate the member experience. By championing creative excellence, storytelling, and continuous learning, this leader elevates both the work and the people behind it, fostering a culture where strategic thinking, craftsmanship, and accountability thrive. In a rapidly growing environment, the Director of Marketing Solutions ensures HVCU's story is told with clarity, consistency, and impact across every market and channel.

• Translate marketing strategy into integrated, high-quality solutions that perform across channels.
• Ensure consistent brand expression, disciplined delivery, stronger campaign performance, and greater member engagement across existing and expansion markets.
• Lead and develop a dynamic team spanning program management, digital content optimization, and Creative Services.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution, from approved brief through channel delivery, optimization, measurement, and retrospective.
• Elevate Creative Services by strengthening its operating model, consultative value, creative standards, and contribution to business outcomes.
• Champion brand governance and continuity across digital, print, in-branch, social, video, out-of-home, and paid media touchpoints.
• Partner closely with Marketing Strategy to bring strategies to life and with Marketing Operations to manage intake, workflow, dependencies, capacity, timelines, and team utilization.
• Establish clear priorities, roles, decision points, and accountability so work moves efficiently and team capacity is used effectively.
• Set success measures with Strategy and Operations; use testing, reporting, and performance insights to optimize creative, content, channels, and campaigns.
• Present campaign concepts, creative rationale, storytelling choices, tradeoffs, and performance recommendations to executive and cross-functional leaders.
• Ensure marketing outputs meet compliance, fair lending, accessibility, and regulatory requirements while supporting a rapid-growth environment.
• Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

• Responsible for regular and predictable attendance including punctuality.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, communications, business administration, or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years Progressive marketing experience, including leadership of creative, content, campaign, digital, or marketing operations functions required.
• Minimum 5 years People leadership and integrated campaign delivery experience in a complex, fast-paced, or rapidly growing organization required.
