```Duties:```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing and maintaining building systems, equipment, and machinery, mopping, painting.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
- Assist with the supervision of contractors and vendors when necessary.
```Requirements:```
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

- Snow removal
- Picking up parts
- Valid drivers license
