Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Support clients with insurance inquiries, policy changes and ensure smooth operations within the team.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze client needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is advantageous for handling sensitive client information.
