What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end executive search projects across diverse industries, delivering top-tier talent solutions for our clients
- Manage multiple high-level search engagements, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with client needs
- Develop and leverage extensive networks to source, attract, and engage senior executives and high-potential candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams, providing consultative talent acquisition expertise
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies, including market research and proactive headhunting, to identify candidates for niche and executive roles
- Provide guidance and market insights to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Contribute to continuous improvement of search strategies, methodologies, and candidate experience
- Collaborate with regional and global leadership to develop strategic talent acquisition initiatives aligned with organizational goals
You’ll bring:
- 7 years of progressive experience in executive search or senior talent acquisition, with a proven track record of placing C-level and senior executives; candidates who have built their executive search career within a dedicated search firm are strongly preferred
- Strong network within industries relevant to our clients, with the ability to engage and influence high-level decision-makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex search projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in utilizing ATS, CRM tools, and social media for sourcing and outreach
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- A hybrid work mindset with comfort working in a collaborative office environment in Central New Jersey, with three days a week on-site
