Licensed Transaction Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire transaction process from listing initiation to contract completion.
  • Enter listing information, descriptions, and images into the MLS database.
  • Coordinate photography, staging, and other activities necessary for listing launches.
  • Act as the primary liaison among real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers.
  • Examine all contract components to meet obligations and handle all associated documentation, such as inspection reports, receipts, and invoices.
  • Perform all administrative tasks needed to close a sale.
  • Create timelines and follow-up strategies to ensure all transaction deadlines are adhered to.
  • Maintain transaction files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with real estate agents to monitor progress towards closing.
  • Engage in weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
  • Log activities and tasks in PLACE Technology, KW Command, and CTMeContracts.

 

Qualifications

  • Colorado Real Estate License Required
