Responsibilities
- Convert team-provided leads into clients and closed sales through consistent follow-up and expert consultation
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with buyers and sellers through every stage of the transaction
- Provide expert advice on offers, pricing, and market strategy for both buyers and sellers
- Use PLACE Technology to manage transaction details, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our CRM and internal systems
- Collaborate with fellow agents and leadership to maintain a high-performing culture
- Active Colorado real estate license
- Previous experience working as part of a real estate team is strongly preferred
- Proven success converting leads provided by a team or brokerage
- Comfortable and consistent working in a CRM to manage follow-ups and pipeline
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of accountability
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to team goals and systems
- Organized, motivated, and committed to delivering excellent service
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to serve clients
- Reliable transportation for in-person appointments and showings

Salary : $80,000 - $155,000
