What are the responsibilities and job description for the XRAY TECH position at Hudson Regional Hospital?
Job Specific Competencies:
Demonstrates competency to perform a minimum of two of the following modalities:
Diagnostic X-ray procedures required by the hospital including but not limited to:
* All DX positioning/procedures per departmental protocol including fluoroscopy, surgical mobile C-Arm, special
procedures.
* Contrast media administration
* Equipment operation,equipment cleanliness/disinfection, Quality Control Tests
* PACS, Putty, Carevue, OpenVista, CDI PACS
* Practices Radiation Protection
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Associates Degree in Applied Science.
CREDENTIALS QUALIFICATIONS:
Current New Jersey State License.
ARRT Advanced Certification Strongly preferred in MRI/CT
BLS - AHA approved required
