Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payrolls for salaried and hourly employees entering all necessary payroll items in the ADP system in a timely & accurate manner.
- Reviews timecards to ensure accuracy and ensure they are approved and signed off.
- Enters all appropriate payroll deductions.
- Processes all PTO payouts.
- Review register prior to running payroll to ensure accuracy.
- Assists managers with timecard editing when necessary.
- Runs all appropriate payroll reports and saves in appropriate folders.
- Print and prepares check requests for ADP invoices and agencies on a biweekly basis.
- Uploads union dues each pay period to FTP site.
- Produce payroll-related reports.
- Distributes paychecks on pay day. Reviews discrepancies with employees and corrects on supplemental payroll run.
- Processes all child support and wage garnishments and notifies employee.
Education and Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience with processing payroll; working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now payroll program and Workforce Manager time and attendance system
- strong excel skills a must.
- Familiarity/experience with union contracts is strongly preferred.
Salary : $75,000 - $82,000
