About the Role:

The Boiler Operator Red is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of industrial boilers within a facility, ensuring continuous steam and hot water supply to meet operational demands. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Boiler Operator Red certification/license as required by state regulations.
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating industrial boilers or related equipment.
• Strong understanding of boiler operation principles, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and operational procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in boiler maintenance or mechanical systems.
• Experience with computerized control systems and automated boiler monitoring software.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and facility utilities.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.

Responsibilities:
