Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Radiologic Technologist. CT Certification required, AART required.
- Proficiency in performing X-ray and CT scan procedures.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection standards.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting with diverse patient populations.
- Familiarity with Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and MediTech.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
- Demonstrated ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Perform X-ray and CT scan procedures following established protocols to produce clear and accurate diagnostic images.
- Prepare and position patients appropriately for imaging, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
