Job Summary
Hudson Property Management is looking for an experienced Residential Plumber or Plumbing Technician to join our Apartment Maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in residential plumbing, service plumbing, or property maintenance who enjoys troubleshooting, repairs, and working in a fast-paced multi-family apartment environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing repairs in occupied and vacant apartment homes
- Install and replace kitchen and bathroom sinks, faucets, toilets, disposals, and plumbing fixtures
- Complete fixture installations, including sinks, dishwashers, ice maker lines, and appliance hookups
- Perform drain cleaning, unclog toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, and sewer lines
- Diagnose and repair plumbing leaks, water lines, drain lines, shut-off valves, and P-traps
- Install and replace water heaters and perform preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot low water pressure, drainage issues, and plumbing system failures
- Complete plumbing work for apartment renovations and unit turns
- Work alongside our Maintenance Technicians on renovation and capital improvement projects
- Respond to resident service requests professionally while providing outstanding customer service
- Maintain accurate work orders and communicate effectively with property management
- Follow company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area
Experience
- 3 years of experience as a Residential Plumber, Service Plumber, Plumbing Technician, or Apartment Maintenance Technician
- Experience in multi-family, apartment, residential service, or property maintenance preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and repairs
- Experience with drain cleaning equipment, plumbing hand tools, and fixture replacements
- Ability to diagnose plumbing issues efficiently and complete quality repairs
- Ability to prioritize work orders and manage multiple service requests
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physical work including climbing ladders, kneeling, crawling, and working in confined spaces
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
