The Operations Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations while partnering with the President on long-term strategy and growth.
You will drive operational excellence across finance, team development, systems, studio operations, and client delivery—identifying inefficiencies, improving profitability, and building scalable processes, while remaining hands-on.

Leadership & Strategy:
Partner on growth strategy, translate vision into action, and lead a high-performance, accountable team.
Finance & Performance:
Oversee budgets, reporting, invoicing, and project financial tracking to ensure profitability and accuracy.
Business Development:
Manage client intake, pipeline health, onboarding experience, and identify new growth opportunities.
HR & Team Development:
Lead hiring, training, performance management, and maintain compliant, structured HR systems.
Operations & Systems:
Build and refine processes, ensure efficiency across tools and workflows, and maintain quality control.
Studio & Admin Oversight:
Manage day-to-day studio operations, scheduling, vendor coordination, proposals, orders, and documentation.
Client & Billing Management:
Oversee client records, billing, collections, and ensure a seamless client experience.
