• Previous Medical Front Office experience ONLY*

Responsibilities

Scheduling appointments, verifying eligibility with insurances, confirming appointments and processing patient copays, registering patients (computerize), knowledge of medical billing procedures and programs, excellent phone skills and etiquette, Collect and post patient payments; prepare daily financial close-out and submit all forms and fees to the computerized medical billing, help in credentialing,

-Medical Billing Knowledge Needed

- Bonus ( Knowledge of Athena Practice Management )

-Surgical Scheduling knowledge a plus

Spanish or Chinese speaking is preferred

salary commensurate with experience (based on medical/eye experience)
