Job Overview
Is responsible for safely performing the daily operations of the facility. Can keep the facility neat and organized, care for and maintain all plant equipment and report any safety or environmental concerns. Can follow all processes and procedures. Background checks, initial drug test and random drugs are required for this job.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Loading and Unloading Trucks
- Follow Procedures
- Know what product is in each tank
- Knows what products our customers typically purchase from us
- Knows when/what questions to ask when something is out of the ordinary
- Can Consistently be accurate when filling out all paperwork (BOL’s/State Tickets)
- Operating mobile plant equipment safely (Yard Dog/ Forklift/Skid steer)
- Will be able to understand the difference between Anionic and Cationic Emulsions
- Understands what tankers which products can be loaded in
- Understands the consequences if anionic and cationic are mixed
- Can perform tank to tank transfers
- Proper valve alignment
- Calculation and execution of volume of material to be moved
- Can calculate the starting volume from starting tank
- Can calculate the ending volume in the receiving tank
- Is responsible for ensuring overflow does not happen
- Safely hook-up and unload railcars
- Follow all safety guidelines
- Ensure contents of railcars are known
- Unload into correct tank
- Keep up with plant cleanliness checklists
- Equipment Maintenance
- Fill out and perform pre-shift checklists
- Report any issues to Plant manager
- Follow maintenance plan
- Can Comprehend and Follow directives from management

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
