Job Description:

Employment Type : Contract (13 Weeks | 36 Hours/Week)

Location: Cody, WY (ZIP: 82414)

Shift: Night Shift | 3x12

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes

  • Document care accurately in PCC

  • Float between two LTC floors as needed

  • Act as charge nurse for assigned unit (no additional charge rate)



Required Skills

  • Active LPN license

  • Minimum 2 years recent experience in Long Term Care

  • Experience working night shifts in LTC settings

  • Familiarity with PCC or similar EMR systems

  • Ability to float between units

  • Must meet 100-mile radius rule
