Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced CAD Designer to join a leading civil engineering firm in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with roadway and/or bridge design and be proficient in MicroStation and GEOPAK/InRoads/OpenRoads Designer, following INDOT/ODOT design standards.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain CADD files, models, and detailed drawings.
Support roadway and bridge design projects following INDOT/ODOT standards.
Utilize MicroStation and related design tools effectively.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
Must-Have Skills
3 years of CAD drafting experience in roadway and/or bridge design.
Proficiency in MicroStation.
Familiarity with GEOPAK, InRoads, or OpenRoads Designer.
Strong understanding of INDOT/ODOT design standards and procedures.
Requirements
High school diploma required; Associate’s Degree in CADD or related program preferred.
Minimum 3 years of CAD drafting experience in road and/or bridge projects.
Minimum 3 years of experience with INDOT/ODOT standards and procedures.
100% onsite role (no remote option).
No sponsorship or C2C available.
