Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Azure DevOps Engineer with a strong software engineering background to support automation, CI/CD pipeline enhancement, and multi-cloud integration. This role focuses on building scalable, resilient, and automated solutions that improve developer experience and accelerate delivery within a multi-cloud (Azure/GCP) environment.
You’ll collaborate with multiple agile teams to improve deployment practices, streamline workflows, and build automation using modern DevOps tools and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement automation to improve developer experience and platform resiliency.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
Implement GitOps deployment practices using Argo CD and Kubernetes.
Develop automation scripts and tooling in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Create self-service templates for repositories, pipelines, and containers.
Support teams in troubleshooting and optimizing deployments across multiple platforms.
Collaborate on multi-cloud strategies (Azure & GCP).
Implement capabilities within RedHat OpenShift to improve K8s utilization.
Support release activities (including occasional evening deployments).
Document and enforce DevOps guardrails for security, scalability, and reliability.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.
Strong software engineering foundation (C#, Java, Node.js, TypeScript, etc.).
Expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) and GitOps (Argo CD preferred).
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Azure PaaS services.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, YAML).
Experience with RedHat OpenShift and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and automation mindset.
Bonus: Experience with Kafka, GraphQL, Temporal, LaunchDarkly, SonarQube, or Backstage.
Salary : $60 - $70
