Responsibilities
- Assist patrons with locating materials and navigating library services
- Checking materials in and out
- Creating and updating patron accounts
- Collecting fines and fees
- Reader's Advisory
- Shelving materials
- Facilitates patron usage of computers and printers
- Works cooperatively with staff throughout Fontana Regional Library
- Processing donations
- Handling inventory
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of customer service experience is required
- One year of library experience is recommended
- Commitment to quality customer service with excellent communication skills
- Strong technology skills
- A familiarity with current reading trends
Pay: From $10.96 per hour
