We are seeking an experienced SAP BW/4HANA Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HANA Modeling, SAP BW/4HANA, data integration, ABAP, SQL, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). The consultant will design, develop, and implement scalable data warehousing and reporting solutions while integrating data from SAP and non-SAP source systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze reporting, analytics, and data integration requirements from business stakeholders.
- Design end-to-end SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Develop and optimize SAP HANA Calculation Views, CDS Views, and SAP BW/4HANA data models, including ADSOs, Composite Providers, and Open ODS Views.
- Design and implement SAP Smart Data Integration (SDI) and ETL processes for SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, procedures, and scripts.
- Perform performance tuning for queries, data loads, and overall system scalability.
- Support reporting tools and dashboards by developing clean, reliable, and optimized data models.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and data validation.
- Troubleshoot data integration and performance-related issues.
- Create technical design documents, data flow diagrams, and support documentation.
- Support BW 7.5 on HANA to BW/4HANA migration activities.
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams, business users, and other stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP HANA Modeling
- Expertise in SAP BW/4HANA Modeling
- Hands-on experience with SAP Smart Data Integration (SDI) and ETL processes
- Strong experience with ABAP
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS)
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and architectures
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Experience with BW 7.5 on HANA to BW/4HANA migration
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- 10-12 years of experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAC
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise data warehousing solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of an organization
- Pharma or Manufacturing industry experience is highly desired
- Ability to work onsite in Chicago, IL from Day 1
Salary : $50 - $55
