Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based frameworks, along with strong programming expertise.
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Employment Type: W2 Only

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously
- Build and deploy AI solutions using LLMs and Generative AI technologies
- Develop prototypes, PoCs, and scalable AI applications
- Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and external tools
- Work with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar
- Optimize prompts and workflows for performance and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and agentic systems
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Python programming
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of agent-based frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.)
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflows
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building multi-agent systems
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Exposure to real-world AI product deployments
Experience:
- 8 years of software development experience
- 5 year of hands-on experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI
