Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to work under the Area Maintenance Supervisor and assist them with leading operations at six communities totaling 402 units, in SW Denver, CO. 5 of our communities are located right next to each other; one is about 3 miles away. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Help the Area Maintenance Supervisor oversee all property maintenance operations across six communities
- Train and supervise our Lead Maintenance Technician, up to 5 full-time Maintenance Technicians,1 to 2 Groundskeepers, and 1 Housekeeper
- Assist with scheduling vendors, when work cannot be completed in-house
- Lead unit turns with a focus on quality, speed (5-day standard), and move-in readiness
- Prioritize and resolve daily work orders with urgency and a resident-first attitude
- Manage inventory, ensure timely follow-up, and close out completed work in Yardi
- Coordinate seasonal and emergency maintenance, including snow removal and on-call rotation
What You Bring to the Team
- At least 3 years of supervisory maintenance experience in the multifamily industry
- Strong organization, scheduling, and communication skills
- Boiler Experience strongly preferred
- General repair skills (electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, painting, etc.)
- Swimming Pool experience preferred; CPO is a plus
- A personal basic tool set (small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, pliers, knife, tape measure, etc.)
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (required)
- You live within 10 miles of Sheridan South Apartments, located near Sheridan and Warren Ave. in southwest Denver.
