Hudson Grove Property Management is looking for a full-time Maintenance Project Laborer to join our team supporting apartment communities throughout the Metro Denver area. This role works as part of a project crew under a direct Supervisor. You will assist with hands-on property improvement projects that enhance safety, curb appeal, and overall community appearance.

• Assisting with minor painting of stairs, rails, fencing, and walkways
• Supporting rail and walkway repairs
• Assisting with minor concrete patching and repairs
• Grinding uneven sidewalks under supervision
• Helping with small landscape projects
• Assisting with basic welding projects as directed
• General labor and clean up for exterior and interior improvement projects

What You Bring
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Construction or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and perform physical work safely
- Dependability and a positive team attitude
- Pre-employment drug screening may be required.
